These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jljl3 ("jljl3," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jljl3.one. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on jljl3. All financial transactions on jljl3 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jljl3 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum limits applicable to each payment method as displayed on the platform at the time of the transaction.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your jljl3 account are credited promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jljl3 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. jljl3 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the platform. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. jljl3 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jljl3 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.

jljl3's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jljl3 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jljl3 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jljl3 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included on it.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jljl3's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jljl3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on jljl3, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jljl3 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and all implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to provide the jljl3 service.

jljl3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. jljl3 also operates under the oversight of PAGCOR, and certain disputes may be subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
